Itookia grants you a royalty free licence to use and modify our products in your projects where their graphic is needed and applicable. Acknowledgement of our site as the source will be appreciated, but is not insisted upon.

You may not sell, resell, distribute, redistribute, rent, sub-licence or transfer any of Itookia icons or images, modified or not, in any manner exept in cases described in this licence.

You may distribute them only as icon files in your applications. If your customers accidentally delete Itookia icons from your product, only then you may redistribute icon files to them. Again, acknowledgement of Itookia.com as the source will be appreciated, but is not mandatory.

If you, the purchaser accidentally delete or lose our product, you have the right to download it again throught our site exclusively. Your account will provide the assurance of payment.

Every Itookia icon and image you buy is licensed by Itookia.com Icon Atelier. No title or copyright of our products is transffered to buyer.

All Itookia products are provided "as is." You agree to hold Itookia.com harmless for any damages that may occur due to use, or inability to use our products.
