How and when will I receive the icons?
Immediately after purchase your icons will be available for download. You will recive email with login details and then simply go to My Icons, login and download your icons. They'll allways be there for you.
Why is there lines placed over the stock icons previews?
The lines are placed on the preview for copyright protection purposes. Purchased icons have no lines.
Account
I've lost my password. How do I access my account?
Don't worry. Just go to itookia.com/login.aspx, click
on "forget password" and enter your email. We'll send your password to you.
I would like to close my account.
Please contact us if you would like to do so.
Payment
Do I need an account to make purchase?
No. When you have placed you purchase an account is automatically
generated for you so you can easy download your purchased products. An email with the login details is sent to you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We use Plimus for all payments. This grants our customers to highest safety of the transactions. Can I modify the purchased icons?
Yes, you are free to modify your purchased stock icons without permission. However, you may NOT sell or distribute your modified stock icons. More info.
How many of my products can I use your icons in?
The icons may be used by you in an unlimited number of software or internet products.
